Since 2021, our team has been providing expert remodeling and contracting services in Haslett/Okemos and the surrounding Greater Lansing area.
Jesalee Jones, Founder of Honey Home Interiors, began her journey working construction with a design build company. This work inspired Jesalee to start her own company providing design and subcontracting services. After running her own subcontracting crews, Jesalee decided to take the plunge and apply for her Residential Builder’s license.
As a female contractor, Jesalee often felt like the deck was stacked against her, but she persevered. Jesalee is now a proud Residential Builder who loves everything related to construction. The smell of fresh sawdust, the satisfaction of a perfectly squared joint, and especially the reliable “thunk” of hammer hitting nail.
